Dr. Amen Lee initiated a CHO movement in the year 2020 in Hong Kong, we are one of 52 international CERTIFIED WOOHOO INC PARTNERS who represent for Hong Kong and we together share the same vision to create a world where happiness at work is the rule and not the exception.


Dr. Amen Lee established and aspired the concept of Happeace and formed the 5+1 Holistic Wealth System, which is applicable in workplace as well as for personal life. Dr. Amen Lee has been invited as a consultant and a corporate coach, providing systematic and practical trainings. He is the author of more than 15 books on family business succession and regularly writes for various magazines and newspapers. He is an Honorary Research Fellow in Chinese Family Succession Research Centre, The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong and Academic Research Associate in the Center for Family Business, Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is co-founder of Youth DreamMakers Association and also the Former Chairperson of Hong Kong Institute of Marketing.

Mary Suen is Co-Founder & Strategic Development Advisor of CHO. She is passionate about helping individuals, organizations and communities to learn and grow who are capable of influencing and inspiring creative efforts.


Before devoting her time in CHO, Mary was the Senior Director of Corporate Culture & Talent Development at Stan Group (Holdings) Limited in cultivating people to become passionate and self-driven talents through culture transformation.


Mary believes that Employee happiness as a business strategy and happiness in the workplace has become a valid concern for both employees and managers alike. She can aspire to reach it by applying a series of values or principles to every single interaction with that employee. She communicates effectively, convey a unified vision and mission and advocates a highly happiness climate in the organization.
